Super Simple Ice Cream Cake

Whether it's a trip to DQ for a blizzard or cone or making homemade milkshake and other frozen goodness, one thing is for certain, we really like ice cream around here. Ice Cream Cake is no exception and this one is super easy to put together and can be dressed up anyway you desire.

Ingredients:

  • 24 Ice Cream Sandwich Bars unwrapped

  • 2 containers of Whipped topping (I use CoolWhip) thawed

  • Chocolate Sauce (I use Smucker,s Chocolate Sundae Syrup)

  • Caramel Sauce (I use Smuckers Caramel Sundae Syrup)

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Peanuts

  • 1/2 Cup Reese's Pieces


To Prepare the Cake:

  1. Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches (approx. 12) in the bottom of a 9"x13" dish.

  2. Top with a layer of whipped topping

  3. Drizzle on some chocolate sauce and caramel sauce

  4. Repeat Layering with remaining sandwiches, and whipped topping

  5. Drizzle with some more chocolate sauce and caramel sauce

  6. Tope wit Reese's Pieces and chopped peanuts.

  7. Cover with aluminum foil and Freeze until set (at least 30 minutes)

  8. Cut and Serve
