Something about a good Mac and Cheese is so comforting. It's warm and chewy and oh so gooey, and then you. combine it with pieces of bacon that are almost crispy but still a little bit soft and it becomes this magical food that seems to make everything right in the world.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of Elbow Pasta

  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar

  • 1 Cup of Shredded Mazza

  • 1 can of Campbell's Cream Soup ( I use mushroom or cheddar)

  • 1 Package of thick cut Bacon

How To Make the Pasta

  1. Chop up the bacon and add to cold frying pan

  2. Cook over medium heat until desired doneness and set aside on Paper towel lined dish

  3. Fill a large Pot with water, light salt and and Bring to a boil

  4. Add Pasta to Water and cook until tender

  5. While pasta cooks add Soup and Cheese to a small pot and heat on low stirring frequently until cheese is melted.

  6. Drain Pasta and return to pot

  7. Mix the Cheese sauce and Bacon into the Pasta until all the pasta is coated

  8. Serve and enjoy
