I remember the first time I tasted my Aunt Gillian's apple crumble with custard and it was heavenly. I have since made many variations of Apple Crumble myself and the Graham Cracker Crumble is, so far, my favorite..

Ingredients
For the Topping:
2 1/2 Cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs (you can use 2 full sleeves of graham cracker cookies or pre-packaged crumbs)
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
3/4 Cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 Cup cold butter grated or diced
For The Apples:
6-10 apples (I used Granny Smith and Red Delicious)
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp of Watkin's Apple Bake Seasoning
or
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
For Serving:
Serve with prepared Bird's Eye Custard
Prepare the Topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix well
Cut or crate in the butter and mix with hands or pastry blender until crumbly
Set aside

Core, and slice or dice apples.
Toss with sugar, spice blend and spread out in 9x13 baking dish or use a large cast iron pan
Sprinkle with topping and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes and serve while still warm
